THE PROGRAM 

We craft the whole experience starting from day one. Every morning starts with flow movement and mindfulness practice to kick-off the day and to manage our energy. Followed by inspiration sessions to boost our creativity and learn practical tools to increase our awareness. There are around 6-8 hours per day for focused work and evenings are for self-expression and playfulness.

ACCOMMODATION

​

The retreat is held in the South of Portugal - 7 min walk from the beach.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a big open plan dining space. From the top floor balconies you have ocean view. From the kitchen and dining area there are accesses to the terrace for our yoga and ecstatic dance sessions.

The beautiful garden has a large pool and outdoor furniture - dining table, for sharing meals and sunbeds and lounge spots for enjoying a cup of coffee in the sun.
